Hello dear members,
Summer and pulling season are nearing the end, there is only 2 events left, the board of directors would like to thank you for your participation at the events this summer. Please take note of these two points:
DOGS
We all like our animals and we love to have them with us at the events, but we have received some calls and information from promoters and some family of members concerning some dogs. Please note that it is not allowed to bring your animals at some events, the promoters tolerate that the pullers bring their dogs, but must be kept inside your campers or trailers. We must keep in mind that a lot of spectators walk around in the pits to see your vehicles, there must not be any danger or that the spectator be in contact with your dogs to prevent any bites. Pullers must not neglect the safety of people circulating around the trailers. Access to animals near the stands and tracks is not recommended in some places and prohibited in most
events.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGA)
For your information, the annual general meeting will take place on November 19th, 2022 at noon followed by a banquet at the Hôtel & Suite Le Dauphin in Drummondville. More information will be communicated to you at the beginning of October 2022.
