The pad must not be more than 6&#8243; off the ground, it must be 4&#8243; square, or wheels 1&#8243; wide by 5&#8243; diameter. The distance between stabilizer bars must be at least 20&#8243;, measured from their outsides. A vertical brace of 6&#8243; height must install at the rearmost point of the stabilizer bars, the top of this brace must exceed of 2&#8243; the furthermost point of tire. A horizontal brace must be install from the top of the vertical brace to the inside of the frame, axle, or top of stabilizer bar.
